I have been purchasing Insurance with the Preferred Insurance team at the Adams Street office in Riverside for over 15 years. Occasionally, I compare my current insurance rates/costs with other insurance companies, and have never found anything even close with what the Preferred team has been able to do for me consistently all these years. Additionally, over and beyond the very affordable coverage I have benefited from, I have had the pleasure to interact with Patrick, Pierre, Brenda and Kathy when renewing a policy, making a payment over the phone, or any other insurance related business, and have always been received and dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner. The only advice or change that I can offer would be to clone each and every one of you guys and set up another second very outstanding office where even more good people can have the same fine insurance services and positive interaction that I have enjoyed! ;o)

Ive had preferred insurance as my auto and renters policies for over ten years now and i have to say that ive never experienced a more professional business when it comes to insurance. Now that they also do health and life policies you can bet that ill be signing up for those as well. Pat has not only been my insurance agent but also a friendly "go to guy" for everything insurance related, even if I felt i might have a "dumb question" he treats me with respect and is always helpful. If you are in the market for any kind of insurance, I highly recommend Preferred Insurance, not only is their service great, but also less expensive then the rest !

My insurance handler Pierre is the absolute best. He not only got me the lowest price with the best coverage possible, but he beat out several other companies I had also contacted. My previous notion was that in So-Cal, the most affordable insurer I could get, would be found through AIS. Man was I wrong. Pierre at Preferred Insurance used the same coverage plan through the same insurance company that AIS did, the only difference is that Pierre gave it to me straight, without upscaling my monthly cost. I saved $26.00 a month with Preferred Insurance over their leading competitor. I am a very Happy customer.

These guys are great! I have a so-so driving record and after my old company decided not insure me anymore not only did Patrick get me covered, but for an amazing price that was actually cheaper than my friends with spotless records were paying through other companies! He has now saved me a ton of money over the last several years. Everytime I call they are helpful and when I go in the office in person there is never a long wait and they are always professional. I have since referred many of my friends and they are all extremely satisfied. I highly reccomend them to anybody!!

I have been with Pierre over at Preferred insurance for years. Last year I was with Mercury and he called me to tell me that he found some one that was cheaper and asked if I wanted him to move me. I know that they work on comission so if the premium is higher they get paid more. He was honest with me and sold me a policy that he made less money on because he knew it was the right thing to do. In my book that is the type of person you want to do business with. I would recommend that everyone place their business with some one they can trust.

A friend at work recommended I contact Pierre at Preferred Insurance after my rates went up 3 times in 4 months with my previous carrier of 9 years. I had no accidents or tickets nor could I get a justification for the drastic and repeated changes from the other company. I called Pierre and within 30 minutes was able to save $300 for the exact same coverage. Pierre was friendly and informative throughout our conversations. I share his number with friends and coworkers often.

My whole family is with this company , also I once had an accident and had to cancel once and then start over once my car was up and running , once I started over the new policy due to no tickets as well they found me something cheaper , than what I was paying for liability! Happy camper. They will always find the best convenient prices , and the employees are awesome! I recomend Preffered insurance for most younger people with no tickets !!
