I ordered siding and gutters from this company toward the end of April with a promise of installation within 6-8 weeks. Three months later (without a word from them) I was forced to make a number of follow-up calls. I was told that some of the materials had been back-ordered several times but would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Five weeks later I was told that the installers had all the materials, were in the area, and would start last week or early this week. I have yet to receive status and it is now September. Many false promises have been made, winter is fast approaching and I still do not have the siding I ordered over 4 months ago. I have yet to see anything even close to their claim to be professional, honest and courteous, with value to customer satisfaction. This whole progression of inadequacy has been overwhelmingly frustrating, stressful, and is absolutely absurd!

The installers of my windows did a great job, but the windows themselves fell apart during a hailstorm. The glass did not break, but the cheap plastic frames cracked and chipped with the quarter size ice. My insurance did not want to pay for the overpriced, yet poor quality windows that supposedly had a lifetime warranty against defective materials. Precision Siding & Construction refused to honor any warranty, saying that it was the insurance companys responsibility to replace the crumbling windows. My insurance company has eventually agreed to pay for the repairs, but I am so disgusted with Precision Siding & Construction that I want nothing more to do with them. There are plenty of reputable replacement window companys to choose from. One star for the good installation.

They had a guy walking the neighborhood last week and knocked on my door. I was actually looking for a company to replace the three bedroom windows that had not been done previously. They made an appointment to have an estimator come to the house the following Saturday at 10:00 AM. No one ever showed up! No call, email or any form of communication what so ever. After reading the reviews online I now feel it might have been a blessing that they stood me up. I am no longer interested in them or their products.

The contractors that installed the windows did a WONDERFUL job given the circumstances... Precision, however was TERRIBLE when it came to ordering the right sized windows and other things (they messed up twice causing almost a month delay)... I am still waiting on a missing screen which has now been over 2 months since the job was "completed".

Great company bought windows siding and doors. As i read the bad reviews I found out the competition had left the negative reviews below that is why they remain anonymous. I know if I had bad service I would tell the world with no disclosure and not remain anonymous!!!!!.
