A BAD MISTAKE TO DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS. I opened a savings account with ASSOCIATED CREDIT UNION about two years ago. They charged $ 5 to open my account and I was told that they would not charge a monthly service Fee unless I made withdraws. Then I tried to REFINANCE my home with them and The Lady Talked VERY MEAN TO me. She WAS VERY RUDE and I am Not a White LEO and do not get paid to listen to this . Now I am going to do the RIGHT THING and CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT because they are NOW charging me a Monthly Fee and I have not made any Transactions. But NOW I will make the FIRST AND LAST transaction by withdrawing all that is left of my money. Stay clear of these FOLKS.

I have been a member of this credit union since 1989. I think the services they provide are truly outstanding. I highly recommend this credit union based on their customer relations, their ability to serve its members in all banking activities, and the professional and courteous manner in which they respond to requests for assistance. POOR SERVICE - These guys took 3 weeks to call me back after I filled out the on line application. I called 1 week after I filled out the app and I was in their system but they did not have the courtesy or professionalism to call and acknowledge their excessive time to process. I have excellent credit but this seems indicative of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

They claim they are better than a bank . My opinion they run it like a mom and pop organization. I asked them for a boat loan I had a-1 credit and was willing to put up my money to grant the loan. They wanted to charge me interest on my own money that I had in it.

Hmm to me they,re okay. I give them 4 star because they charge a small fee if you withdrawal cash at another credit union. They are part of the co op network and that wad a little dissappointment but otherwise it pretty good.
