My wife and I went into the Cape Coral branch to open a new account at 5:30 on a Friday. The lobby closes at 6. We knew in Indiana where we are from, Chase was known to have great customer service and we expected the same. We were first told upon walking in that we should have a seat because there was a wait. There was 1 teller at the counter and another banker in her cubicle helping someone. No other customers were waiting but another banker walked out from the back and stated she was leaving early. We were then asked if we wanted to make an appointment for the next day because they were closed. We have never felt so invaluable. My wife and I make a very good income and were eager to bring our banking to Chase, but not anymore. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I am not happy with this bank. I had high expectations before opening an account with them. They do not answer telephone calls and there are always people sitting and waiting in their lobby for assistance. It is difficult to receive personal service at this bank. It is poorly managed!!
