I walked into Freeway tonight searching for some information on getting insurance on my new Craigslist bought car. I was so nervous about what I might hear because I have a horrible driving record! :( I was greeted by a HUGE smile and a warm "welcome!" by the manager Josh Newman, his happiness instantly made me feel better. Josh sat me down and discussed everything I needed to know in detail and helped me so efficiently in the upmost informative and professional manner! Josh helped get me the best yearly rate of $700 (and I have 3 points! WOW :D ) Anyway I am very impressed with the phenomenal service I received from Josh, and even Hea San. Customer service and professionalism was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! Well done Josh Newman! Thank you so much and I am thrilled to be a new FREEWAY INSURANCE customer!! !:)))
