I would like to take a moment to say that the customer service I have received from the Teresa Goodlad Office the moment I switched over to them has been the BEST DECISION I have ever made when it comes to my Insurance. Not only do they have great customer service, but their Staff of State Farm Agents are very knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure all your concerns are taken care, questions are being answered and you are completely satisfied with your Insurance. Several years ago I was directed to the Goodlad agency when my original local State Farm agent retired. Originally I was concerned that the distance to the agency would make it difficult to visit. However, Teresa herself stopped by my home in fort Myers and we had a good conversation that satisfied me that her agency was for me. My rep Michelle Mason has been very helpful reviewing both my home and auto policies when they come due and helping me keep my rates manageable. All this was done efficiently by phone.
