I love working with the Eggar Insurance Agency. They are helpful each time I call and answer emails/questions promptly. When we had water in our basement, the Eggar staff was sympathetic and helpful in every way we needed. Eggar Insurance Agency shows lot of concerns of my policies regarding my property. They keep informing me the list of "warning concerns" such as my house roof that showed in poor condition. It gives me lot of alerts to prepare to save $$$$ in insurance premiums. The agency also send me lot of email messages to read what to expect in my property. Eggar Allstate was so helpful and nice. I actually feel like I have a personal agent, as opposed to when I was with another name-brand agency that just referred me to a call-center any time I had to file a claim or adjust my policy. They are even there on Saturdays.
