I have to boo through AAA because of my corporate travel, and believe or not this is the second time in 2 trips that she has misspelled the spelling of my wife name, I had called them 10-15 days in advance date of my travel to fix the problem, they had promised me that the problem was fixed. that spelling mistake was small, I had called the airline also and told them about the problem and the airline told me that only the travel agent can fix it. The TSA did not allow my wife to get the security clearance because of the mistake in spelling and I had to go on the trip alone. Gary

My battery died while I was at the Red Cross in Springfield. Richard from Triple A was at the site within 15 minutes, and spent at least half an hour cleaning and testing my battery. He made no sales pitch, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He is a great representation of AAA and it is this type of service that reminds me the annual fee is nothing compared to the peace of mind I have with my membership. Thanks Richard and AAA.

I love the service itself, it is amazing. However, I had a lot of issues scheduling my observations and driving lessons when taking the drivers Ed course, and they also refused to cater to my location since it was apparently too far away from the other students.

AAA Store, W.Springfield is the place to go. The staff are very helpful, from assisting with travel plans to helping with vehicle renewal registrations and license. The Roadside Assistance service providers have also been prompt and courteous.
