HORRIBLE...... I called getting information in how to switch companies . A lady answer the phone apparently she was having a bad day. I informed her my situation and that the policy holder told me to give them a call. she insisted that they were two different companies witch i am already AWARE of that. I explain to her that i know the deference of the companies she got aggressive and raised her voice demanding that was not possible. Very poor customer service when i realize we were not getting any were with arguing I asked for her name to report her. The lady immediately shut the phone after i called back they did not answer. I called with a difference number and they answered i explain my situation to Amanda. Amanda mention the procedures and i asked for the lady name she said her name was Claudia apparently a manager. I asked for upper management with a follow up. Will see if they even call back it seem they were just brushing me off the phone. Amanda mention she was with a customer its been exactly over an hour. They did not provide me with an email or name of corporate agents. Amanda just took my information. I am very disappointed i was just doing as my policy agent instructed for me to call one of their policy holders as i wish and that they will be able to help me. Attach you will find the screen shot of the pictures of the call was made and the second call where they did not answer. Unfortunately i made the third call though a house phone. Also Amanda did maintained professional at all times not the answers i expected when i was asking for corporate information.

They might not be the best at refunding your money quick enough, and for evwrything u should not have to pay for, but overall the prices are good, they do give u sone money back most of the time if ur in accident, abd the reps are super friendly helpful and attetive , I like Claudia sge takes care of me all the time, overall for its PRICES its not bad.
