The Agent that signed me up was very informed and patient. He made sure I thoroughly understood my options so I could make an informed decision. When I called the office with a question, the phone was answered right away and my question was answered quickly by a very informed person who guided me through my situation. Finally, when I sold my property and called to inform your office, my call was again handled very promptly and thoroughly. I really enjoyed my relationship with your agency. Everyone always made me feel like I was your most important client.

Emailed, called with questions about rates and possible changes in coverage to get my deductibles reduced. Never and answer....never. I had a "no one else involved" claim that came to less than 2000$ for repairs and my already expensive premium doubled. Called at the beginning of the day about this, gave them a chance and again no answer. The only thing that Matthew Golden does is sit back and collect the money. Very disappointed. Karma has a was of coming around, always.
