Started out with Mr. Johnny Maddox and was always impressed with the service I received, now I have Marc and nothing has changed. Still the most helpful and courteous agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seeing as how most of the time there is a situation when you have to call your insurance agent that says a lot. Kim in the office is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist you in anything you need. There might be cheaper companies but you cannot beat the service here.

I have been with Mr. Maddox for 20+ years. The only issue I have had is last year I filed for the first time ever a claim on my Homeowners policy. They were not very pleasant but it was done. I had paid approximately $110 a month and it was raised to over $150!!! Mr. Maddox never even let me know. I just felt like I should have been warned. Otherwise he and his staff are wonderful! I recommend him to everyone I know
