Dave Young was amazing! After closing on our house, my husband and I were in tears of course because we were now homeowners but also because of how smooth the process was in thanks to Dave. Dave helped us throughout the entire time and was there to answer any of our questions or concerns. We trust him completely. He truly does what is best for the customer. Everything was done in best interest for me and my family. Dave was so thorough. He took the time to fully explain everything to us to ensure we understood what was going on. On top of Dave being so organized and on time with everything, he also provided us with a booklet to hold ALL our important documents as well as other informational documents. I would 200% recommend people to Dave. He by far passed our expectations. Being a first time home buyer we went into this feeling skeptical, nervous and overwhelmed. With this being THE MOST expensive purchase of our lives, we wanted to feel secure and confident. Dave Young did exactly that.
