I am sorry that Mr. Rogenstein did not have a good experience with Franklin First Financial. It is my understanding that the loan was a very difficult one to make because of cash advances taken as well as employment issues. I do agree however that no one should feel that they are not getting the attention they deserve and I apologize on behalf of Franklin First for that. We are not a company that is looking to close any loan at the expense of hurting a borrower and in your case that is exactly what we did. We did not close your loan because it did not make sense to you or us. We are sorry that your experience was not a good one. We pride ourselves on great personnnel and customer service.
