Mike & Bobby are the best in the business. Communication, explanation was completely on point and consistent through out the mortgage process. They helped as if they were my broker`s agent at times. Mike is a straight up guy. He calls it as is and he is very intelligent. Other mortgage places and banks would take weeks to give you an answer, not these guys. They know how to run the numbers and work there magic. There main goal is to help you! And trust me they DO! I highly recommend giving these guys a call when your ready to get a mortgage. This company was nothing but incompetent. They made me lose my downpayment on a home and additional expenses surrounding the home purchase due to the lack of observing deadlines. My awful experience took place in 2013 and I remain psychologically injured and financially battered due to Contour Mortgage. I have submitted complaints to every financial organiziation and bureau regarding their inept and disregard. Stay Away from their empty promises.

Horrible, incompetent, non responsive. Never heard from them the entire transaction, no updates and no responses to repeated calls. No option to talk to a real person calling main number and our rep was RUDE and would not return calls. Closing was delayed and caused another closing to get delayed. I will NEVER allow a buyer of mine to use them and if your offer has Contour listed as lender we will not take your offer.

This company is calling my phone about someone else and I have asked them not and they continue. Then they hangup when I tell them not to call me. If this continues, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and whatever governmental agency that regulates them.

Send inconspicuous mailers constantly spamming us for our veteran backed loan. We have asked several times to be removed. We would never use them for a loan. Biggest scammers with their mailers
