The buyers purchasing our home are using TJC Mortgage and we were set to close last Friday November 18th. We hired movers and were out of our house by that date. We were told Friday the closing would be delayed until the 22nd. Yesterday, we were told again the closing would be delayed and now we are being told December 15 at the earliest. According to the agent, this is all due to TJC not getting the information in for the USDA loan in a timely manner. There has also been very poor communication as to what is going on and why. It is my understanding last week the Loan Officer was on vacation and unable to even be reached. Had we known we would not have been closing until December 15th, we would have been able to avoid temporary housing and moving expenses. Our new home would have been ready by then and we would have only had to move once. This has cost my family over $4000. I emailed all 3 of the owners last week and never even received an e-mail back explaining what happened. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Josh Winn helped me every step of the way answered every question I had and always had a fast response awesome person to work with He went above and beyond to handle things for me. I went from renting a place to owning a home so I had several questions that probably went beyond what a loan officer would normally be asked Josh called me on his personal time to insure that I understood every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Josh from TJC mortgage if I had a family member or friend looking for a mortgage loan. I consider him to be friend of mine now he helped me so much.
