Worked with Michael Farrell at Grandview Lending. The process of securing financing for my home loan was extensive, yet Michael and his team worked above and beyond my expectations. Professionalism was displayed throughout all stages of the loan process—all my questions were answered and every detail explained. Loan processing fees were very reasonable and competitive with the market—I was surprised about my loan low fixed rate! As a Real Estate Broker, I recommend my clients to Grandview Lending, each opportunity I have—in addition, Michael is bilingual, thus, he is able to communicate with my Spanish speaking clients as well—my clients provide me with great reviews about their experience at Grandview Lending as well, which reinforces my personal views of the great service and professionalism.

My experience was amazing with this company. Between the time I looked at the house and closed, it was less than three weeks. Grandview Lending did everything and anything possible to get me a loan at a great rate and one that was affordable to me. Tim was amazing at working with me and for me to make my rates, payment and experience as great as possible. Tim was available at any time to answer my questions, walk me through the process, and continued to work until my rates, payment, and experience were as great as possible. I cannot recommend this company and the people that work there enough.

Our mortgage experience with Tracy Harding was excellent, she made the experience very smooth from start to finish. There were no set hours, she worked 24/7. We built so there was a lot of pressure from the builder to go through their financing, by staying with Tracy at Grand View Lending she saved us thousands of dollars, with the financing time being excellent. The whole buying experience can be so nerve wracking but Tracy made it a smooth experience from start to finish. Her knowledge and experience was truly exceptional. We would do it over again in a heartbeat.

Grandview Lending (Michael Ferrall and his processor, Faye Fitzgerald) did a great job in finding lenders with reasonable rates for a low closing costs. We were scheduled for a closing and because of a family emergency had to leave town a few days before the closing causing Grandview to extend the lock interest rate for the quoted lower rate for additional three weeks. They were able to do that without changing the closing costs, even through the rates has increased from the initial lock in date.
