I highly recommend Bill McDonald for all you Mortgage needs. He made our process smooth and less stressful with his professional yet friendly way of taking care of business. Correspondence was fantastic. We had lots of questions and called nearly on a daily basis. I never felt that I was an inconvenience at all. Even though the government shut down he remained calm and confident. And the best part, is we had initially went with a different company and halfway through the process of our pre-application process the other company told us it would never work in our favor and we would have to have 20% down.
