My daughter and I were discouraged when we walked into Mountain America because of the experience we had with other banks. We were not sure if Mountain America could help my daughter with her car loan needs, but Cody came up to us and asked if we needed help. He was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and we left with the loan she needed and a smile on our faces.

Great Service when in Person, But every time I call, Long hold times and you can never get someone to answer the phone. Its been like this for a long time. I bank my personal and business, you would think someone would answer there phones.

I dont know if our timing was just perfect or what, but about a 2 minute wait time to set up our business account. Everything went smooth as silk. I had some requests that were met with a simple and short "NO PROBLEM". Im a happy camper.

Super disappointed lately with MACU. I guess I feel like they are too aggressive with members(taking fees at every chance), and when I tried to question their business practices they acted like I was the issue. Wow.

they must have more control with the cheks that are deposited. See check holders who do not live in the United States, and falsify signatures
