This is my sixth home loan experience and it was also the best experience thus far. Rock was personable and completed all my paperwork in a timely manner. Teresa also helped process my loan, she was consistent and ensured that I had the correct documents necessary to move my loan to the next step. This enabled my loan to be processed without delay. I especially liked the new Academy Mortgage App. I was able to scan my recent pay stubs and submit them. This eliminated the extra step of faxing or stopping by the office. Additionally, there were no surprises at closing and everything went through exactly like it was envisioned. I was able to close on time and would definitely recommend Academy Mortgage to my family and friends. Thank you!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and took the time to explain, in detail, what the status of our loan was and what we should expect going forward. We had several extenuating circumstances that made our home loan process difficult but Marcus was always positive and worked tirelessly to make it happen.
