Real Estate Funding (Rusty Taylor) has continually proven to be the BEST mortgage company I have ever used by providing first class service for my mortgage needs. On two separate occasions oven the past years Rusty researched my particular situation and provided all available options along with his recommendation of what he considered to be my best avenue. I appreciated his professional knowledge along with his personal experience and advice. Because he is a stand alone mortgage company he was able to bypass a lot of the corporate rules and guidelines that a lot of franchise companies have in place and offer me better solutions along with more personalized service (on both occasions he offered me better rates) and still provided the exceptional service I came to expect. I always felt he valued my business and was truly concerned about providing the absolute best service possible. He was always available to answer all of my questions and allocated an enormous amount of time throughout the entire process ensuring every aspect of my transaction was properly handled.
