My family just purchased a new home using McGowin-King mortgage and had a wonderful experience. We shopped around before deciding to go with McGowin-King, with the deciding factor to be the straight-forward communication we had with Warner McGowin. Warner was great to work with from the first time we spoke on the phone. This is our third time buying a home and it was by far the simplest process - no thanks to the mortgage requirements which are more complicated today than 7 years ago when we bought our first home. We have Warner to thank for that! He was always one step ahead in helping us make sure we had all the information we needed to get approved on time and close with no delays. Warner also worked with me to find the best program for our family in terms of what we could afford to put down on the front end and what we needed our target house payment to be on a monthly basis. By working with me to make the process as painless as possible, he allowed the home buying process to be enjoyable - which is how it should be. If you are on the fence about what mortgage company to use or have had bad experiences before, please give McGowin-King Mortgage a chance to make this a pleasant experience for you and your family too!
