The Staples Group did an AMAZING job helping us with our recent home buying in Southern Utah. We have been through this process before for our first home in another state and were amazed at the difference in experiences. Our first experience with a CA based company was very stressful and disconnected, so when we were buying our second home, we were guarded. They were extremely efficient when we had a short closing deadline due to selling our house in Salt Lake and then afterwards finding a house to buy in St. George. We were able to close on the same day that our house we sold in Salt Lake so that we were able to move out of Salt Lake and drive right to our new house and move in the same day which saved us from having to find a temporary place to stay for a night or two as well as on moving and storage costs.
