I called Etheridge after hours and spoke to Jamie the owner. He was very helpful and was spot on with the diagnosis of my unit over the phone. Technician Jarrod was dispatched and was at my home in less than an hour. He confirmed the problem and assured he would be back today between 3 -5 pm. He did not disappoint. Ms Denise called at 3:33pm to let me know Jarrod was on the way. My home is cool and comfortable again THANKS to the great team at Etheridge! Their service, expertise and professionalism is spot on. They will not disappoint. Special thanks from my husband and I for everything!

I have been with Ethridge Heating and Air for greater than 10 years and have had outstanding service with them throughout the years. The team at Ethridge is always on time and never fails to give you a moments notice if anything should change with arrival times. They have replaced a "contractors" system with a superb Trane system and the installation was done professionally. I highly recommend them to any individual looking for a company to service their systems every year as I firmly believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
