I just wanted to make sure that Todd be recognized for his Excellent and Professional service that he provided to me on a day when I needed it the most. I work from home and it was smoldering hot due to A/C performance issues. His professional and diligent attitude to provide top-notch customer service was a breath of fresh air. I explained to him that previous A/C companies that have serviced the unit were often unprofessional, and treated the job as if it were a burden rather than a service. I truly appreciate the QUALITY and Customer Service Todd. Hopefully Steve will reward you for this review. I hope my landlord will continue to do business in the future. THANKS AGAIN!

I had spoken to the owner of Air Fx and he is amazing , he is taking care of all the issues I have going on with the company and making everything right on my end . That to me makes this whole rating different ! I appreciate him reaching out and listening to everything that was wrong and not cutting me off to stand up for his employees , he listened to everything I had to say and is doing everything in his will power to make everything right . Long story short, I had a brand new Trane brand AC installed 6 months earlier by an installer other than Air FX. I learned the hard way that Air FX is the BEST. I had to have the work completely redone and this time I was put in contact with Air FX. This time the work was done correctly and OHHH what a difference! AIR FX is the best. Steve, the owner is absolutely amazing and went above a beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Steve has created a customer for LIFE. I plan on returning for my yearly maintenance needs and anything else that comes up in the future. Thank You Air FX!

Great experience with this company. Everything went smoothly. Had AC installed in one day. They were polite when I called them with questions. The workers that came and put it in were polite and the cut no corners. I could tell that they were very knowledgeable in their work. Oh yeah, and the price was a lot lower than what I expected to pay. Overall great experience. I would advise anyone to check this company out when in need of an AC or maintenance on an AC.

AIR FX is a Great Service..I have had some major problems with other Ac services in citrus county. cons and scammers... But this company is now my go to Ac and refrig service. The service tech Todd was very much a pro and saw the issue right away and saved me a few bucks to boot. He took care of everything quickly and made every effort to do an awsome job.. all I can say is THANK YOU....You guys are the best

I just had a technician come and service my air conditioner that had been acting up all weekend. They got to me promptly, were extremely professional and the cost was more then reasonable.
