Van came out to measure the screen porch roof for the quote and left an information packet with a list of local references. I was impressed with the list of references. None of the other companies offered references so freely. He returned the next day to go over the quote in person. Although their quote was the highest of the three companies (by $50), we received a 10 year labor warranty and a superior liner under the shingles. I really appreciated Van coming out twice and explaining every line of the quote. I was able to hold a sample of the liner they use, which was helpful. Consolidated Roofing also sent out a Project Manager, Steve, who stayed while the roofers worked. I had piece of mind the whole time the roofers were here. They reroofed the screen porch and removed 3 skylights in less than 3 hours. Consolidated Roofing even blew off my driveway when they cleaned up. No one wants to replace a roof, but if it has to be done, Consolidating Roofing is the company to go with.

Van & team differentiated themselves from the competition with professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process of replacing our roof. Van met with us at our house to explain his bid and answer our questions. He was willing to work with our insurance agency to correct errors in its initial estimate. His responses to our questions and requests were always timely and thorough. We are very happy with our new roof and found minimal nails/waste in our lawn once the team completed its clean up - this is very much appreciated as we have recently found 3 nails in our tires due to the sloppy clean up of other roofing crews in our neighborhood.

Replacing a roof is a major project and unlike other projects, e.g. painting, not often done by a homeowner. Consolidated Roofing Systems (CRS) addressed all my questions and concerns and did a professional job. A foreman was on site all week to monitor the progress and patiently answered my questions, as well as educate me on the work being performed. The work crew was dedicated and left the homesite very clean. I am having CRS back to install additional gutters. Van Starling is a pleasure to work with and always available to discuss the project, offer options and provide estimates. I strongly recommend Consolidated Roofing. We needed to replace our entire roof after moving into our new home 2 years ago. Van Starling, the owner of the company gave us his personal attention throughout the entire process of removing the old shingles and replacing the roof with new architectural shingles carrying a life-time warranty. Work was carried out efficiently and completed as expected. Gardens and lawn were all protected during the daily work and clean up each day was very good. We never had to worry about stray nails or debris. Overall work was excellent and have recommended Consolidated Roofing to friends and neighbors.

We requested several estimates and chose CRS after discussing the installation of the roof with Van Starling II. Their method of removing and replacing the shingles in sections worked perfectly to reduce damage to landscaping. The old shingles were removed from the site each day and the yard cleaned daily. CRS provided a Project Manager who was on site at all times and directed all of the work and documentation. I would highly commend Van and his staff for recommendations on skylight replacement and additional ventilation provided with the solar fans.

I am very pleased with my new roof. The CRS guys worked with my schedule ( winter weather permitting) and installed the roof in one day. The house looks better with the architectural shingles. Van worked with me on the color. They have a nifty way of showing you the new roof on your house... in pictures. I think this roof may outlast the rest of the house. :-)
