Green Horizon finally came out to my home after having to reschedule due to the weather, which is understandable. Todd was sent out to my home. he was there less and 30 minutes and was able to turn on the AC which is what I was already able to do. I was told to give my home some time to cool off. I went out for a few hours and came home and my home will still like a oven. Called them back the same day which was Friday, received a call on Tuesday due to the holidays and was told I would have to have American Home Shield put in another ticket and pay another $100 due to Todd coming out and cutting on my AC and leaving before the thing actually began to work...So I am going to put in another ticket to AHS but no one will be leaving until I feel some AC this time...smh

Our Heating/AC unit went out on a cold day and the team at Green Horizon was there that night to find out the problem. Unfortunately we learned the unit was broken so we were offered a number of different options to fix or replace. After Green Horizon ran the numbers to fix or replace with rebate dollars we decided to purchase a new system. Their professional team really took care of us quickly. I would highly recommend their service.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work provided by Green Horizon. Technician Matt worked diligently to diagnose and restore service to my air handler after a series of electrical issues left me without heat or AC. He was also very accommodating to my work schedule. Would recommend.

Horrible - everything was done wrong. Everything they did for us (insulation and HVAC) was done incorrectly. They had to come back and fix the insulation. They undersized one of the HVAC units and then installed it poorly. They do not take pride in their work.

We agree with what others who were dissatisfied wrote. We had a system installed in 2012 and have at least 2-3X a year of breakdowns and are charged each time to "fix" the system. The system is inefficient and shoddy and clearly the workmanship is as well.
