They come wearing suits with a large binder and want to take you to "shingle school". I asked for the highlights because we had somewhere to go and they said that they could come back. I asked how long this would take and they said "2 hours". 2 hours? No way. I told them to leave. They were giving me the history of the company and said that they would not give me a quote without properly "educating" me.

After a little hiccup in scheduling we now have everything straitened out. Since then all the work was completed in one afternoon and was very well done and the guys they sent out were great. I gave them 5 stars for the work and their follow up afterwards. Quite satisfied. Thanks Jason.
