Worse experience in my life! Spent 6 hours there on Wednesday dying two front pieces blonde and correcting it with toner because my hair turned gray! They let me go home with awful blonde hair that was orange and fried! I had an appt for Saturday at 9 and they had to dye my hair brown because that was the only way to fix it! The instructor assured me that with the many oil treatments she was doing to my hair that my hair would be fine after a trim and it was not! Spent 4 hours there Saturday and my hair was still fried! Instructor tried to say it was fried from a straightener when I came in with healthy hair! The instructor tried to make me pay and was going to reimburse what I paid for the blonde dye with hair products because she did not want to refund the money back to my card from Wednesday. When my hair was dried and I looked at it, it was still so awful. I was not going to pay for brown hair that I did not want and fried chunks of hair from THEIR mistakes! Demanded a refund and they are refunding the amount back to my card in 10 days.....I am checking everyday waiting for my money! I literally cried my eyes out Wednesday night and when I left Saturday! I even had to get extensions because I had to chop off so much hair due to their mistakes! Worse experience in my entire life! I would not go here! It is unorganized. There was a girl asking how to give a manicure while I was doing my hair treatments because she had never done one before! She kept going back to the sink area asking for other students help instead of an instructor! Can you imagine paying for manicure and the person has no idea what they are doing? This place is absurd!

I do not recommend this business at all even the fat directors instructors managers whatever you wanna call it are rude we had a problem and the director is going to message me and then block me for one not caring to hear what had happen just completely say we were lying and making things up ! Oh and of course ur instructors are going to say oo no everything was a lie so since the director wanted to message me and then block me i will tell EVERYONE AND ANYBODY THAT CHARLES AND SUES HAD NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY CANT DO CERTAIN CUTS AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE A PROBLEM THE DIRECTORS AND INSTRUCTORS ARE GOING TO SAY ITS A LIE AND TO TAKE SOMEBODY TO A SPANISH SALON BECAUSE THEY CANT BE HELP THERE SO YES I WILL KEEP POSTING BAD REVIEWS

Best place in the B-CS area. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and as a guy i was kind of ify about it with it being students cutting my hair, but in the end it all turned out great. There is a professional that checks every step the students do and if they need help the professional helps them. It was awesome for such a cheap price.

The poor lady had no idea what she was doing, absolutely messed up my haircut, will have to wear a hat for 3 weeks until it grows out. Even her supervisor was incapable of giving a simple fade. I will never go back
