I had been moving every year on the year for the past several years. As a result, I did not update the address on my license for my most recent move to the Orlando area. One day I logged into one of the clerk of courts websites just out of curiosity in an unrelated matter and to my surprise; I noticed that my license was suspended. After some digging, I had allegedly run several red light cameras close to 8 months prior. I had no knowledge of this. The clerk of courts website stated they had sent letters to my address. As a result of my moving around, I never got these letters and had been driving around unknowingly on a suspended license. I contacted Skubiak & Rivas and they painlessly resolved my case. I provided them with all the information and they told me not to worry. Within a short amount of time, they had paperwork on file with the courts and the next thing I know; my tickets were dismissed! License re-instated and all my worries were gone. Thank you Skubiak & Rivas!

I was recently stopped twice by the same officer, and was given a total of 4 tickets one being criminal for driving on a suspended license that scared me out of my mind, who knew a traffic infraction could turn into a criminal case. My driving privileges were reinstated with help from the firm that VERY NEXT DAY! 3 of the tickets were completely DISMISSED and my criminal Driving on a suspended license was dropped down to a regular ticket and some court fees that had to be paid. So not only were they able to get 3 of my tickets dismissed, but they also got my criminal charge dropped down to a regular ticket. With that being said I had to pay the price of the ticket, and did not have the money right away, the attorney was able to set me up with 90 DAYS TO PAY THE TICKET FEES! I cannot say enough positive things about Skubiak and Rivas. Working with Alan Rivas, and Angie is great. They handled my case quickly and effectively. I had moved out of state and had to get my license re-instated so I could keep my job. They were able to get everything worked out within a short amount of time. I had numerous hurdles that I had to get done, but through the whole process Angie was there to communicate with me what the lawyer wanted me to get done. Simply the Best! I got a ticket for speeding on a Sunday at 4AM in a rural area 2 hours away from Orlando. Monday morning I called Skubiak and Rivas, P.A. (first time client) and they were very professional, also taking the time to listen to my story. They made no promises other than to represent me on court, to try to at least to reduce the fine (since dismissing a case is not guaranteed), but for sure with no points on my license and no traffic school. I went ahead and hired them (almost $100 bucks less than the amount of the fine) providing also a scanned copy of the ticket via email. Two months later I received a letter in the mail saying that my case was dismissed in court. I would definite recommend Skubiak & Rivas P.A. for representation for anyone: No-brainer! Thank you.

I was very worried when I found out I was about to lose my driver license due to tickets I had for driving with no license within 5 years, I received a letter stating my license will be revoked for 5 years, because I was under the status of an HTO. Thanks to a friend who contact the office of Skubiak & Rivas I got 3 of my tickets dismissed. Thanks to Skubiak & Rivas, P.A I still have a license. Long story short at the age of 19 i had 16 points on my driver license. It has also been suspended for a month twice. I called them right away and they said they will HELP ME!!! while other told me NO!!. In addition insurance companies did not want to insure me because of my driving record and points. They explained to me the procedure after i gave them all the information and before i knew it they where able to take the points away.
