Dr. Skanchy was so kind and helpful in getting me a new retainer when mine broke after being used for 12 years. I got an appointment in his office the very next morning, and his staff was friendly and accomodating. While I was being taken care of by his staff, Dr. Skanchy was with another patient and he clearly had made an effort to get to know her from her last appointment and even remembered many of the things they had discussed and followed up with her with some of the details. I highly recommend Dr. Skanchy and South Hills Orthodontics.
