I have been with the same insurance company since I moved out on my own, by default from what my parents had. I didn’t know my agent, they didn’t try to know me. I met Rory and had some questions due to some life changes with teenage drivers, new vehicles, new home, etc. I changed insurance companies and now have an insurance agent. Rory gave me his personal cell phone and responds immediately when I need anything. My only regret is not going with Rory sooner.
