I have worked with Lance Paulson for a number of years now. In the time that I have worked with him I have filed multiple claims. The largest claim was when my house burnt down last year. This was obviously a very stressful and hard time for me. I literally had lost everything I owned in the fire (including my vehicle). Lance, was extremely responsive and professional, regarding the situation. Lance and his team, bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. The amount of time and care they gave to me during this trial, went well above and beyond what one would expect from their insurance company and agent. Had homeowners insurance through this agency. They cancelled my policy without me knowing, and when we attempted to get the issue resolved just tried to sell us a new policy over and over. Had to escalate the issue to corporate, which prompted the agent to call and be verbally insulting to my wife, calling her a liar. Will never do business with them again and will be sending people away from them. Horribly insulting and rude.
