Ironwood Payments is the absolute best payment processing company to work with and for. They have the integrity, teamwork and transparency they claim to hold and will continue to thrive because of it. One recent example of how amazing they are - they reached out to their merchants in areas that may have been affected by the hurricanes to check on them and see if they needed replacement equipment. They replaced equipment that was damaged at no charge... meaning they paid all the costs of equipment, programming, shipping... as well as the costs to have the staff reach out and complete the orders too. Seriously amazing and I am proud to be with the company!

In short this is a legal scam. I currently have a pending complaint with the attorney general in my State (Maryland) they are holding more than $2000 which they claim they have no idea what happened to yet was debited from clients account. Zero accountability, little to no customer service ( Wakeem was purposely trying to get me more upset by egging me on over the phone) while supervisors are sporadically available with dead end answers. Oh and rates are bogus, my cost only increased.

I have not been paid for a month now waiting on a three week check which is more than $1200 what a way to treat your employees and no one seems to care or help me also there is no way to contact your HR dept which I think is very unprofessional what kind of company are you running! I need my money or I will talk to my lawyers and will file a complain with the DOL Dept of labor!

Awful company to work with. Stay away from them since they tell you different from their contract, they change and make fake contracts, then do not even honer their contract. From service to equipment to any kind of relations they lie and deceive. Do not have any good words for this company. I should not even give them one star.

This company charges my account with no consent. I have called them repeatedly to tell them they got the wrong company. The customer service reps are no help. Was told they closed everything, 2 days later from discussion on phone, they charged me AGAIN! Seriously what the, your STEALING!
