I am extremely disappointed with the service from National Title Company; specifically Nikki Bott and her assistant. Unfortunately, as the seller of a property, the choice of Title Company is the buyer’s selection. During my initial and only visit I observed employees gathering near the entry of an office gossiping about the displeasure of a client. This conversation was not discreet and I could overhear their unprofessional conversation. About 5 minutes later I was called into the conference room to sign documents. I signed all my documents and was told that the funds from the sale would be transferred later that day or the following day after the property was recorded. The following day, I called to follow-up because the transfer had not occurred. Nikki Bott was unavailable and I spoke with her assistant. Again, the assistant indicated the transfer would occur today because they missed yesterday’s recording deadline. The transaction did not occur. I called a third time, could only speak with the assistant, who began the conversation by informing me the file was complete and the transfer would take place that day. I explained to her that I was received conflicting information from the realtor. She again assured me that the file was complete and that the transaction would occur that day. I asked her to re-verify the accuracy of the information she was providing. She agreed and indicated she would call me back later that day. The assistant never called back. Five days later, I called the National Title Company and was finally able to speak with Nikki Bott. I explained the situation with the misinformation and she refused to believe what had occurred. Her exact words were “I am taking my employees side because she would never have provided you with that information”. So, she basically called me a “Liar” and that I made up the story. This company has no “Customer Service” towards their clientele. National Title’s employee’s provided total disregard to my concerns and/or complaints, they refused to apologize for the incorrect information provided, and insulted me by calling me a liar. Do Not Use This Company.

I am an investor, and was looking for experienced and knowledgeable Title Company who could provide me property profile before I purchase a property in Las Vegas Area. I had contacted many Title Company and explained them what I was looking for and told them I would not mind compensating them for their time, but most of the Title Company showed very little interest, as they were not sure if they will get business from me or not. Only one company "National Title Company" and one Man Mr. Phillip Bouchard took interest and called me back, talked to me, understood my needs and prepared a property profile, with all the details I was looking for and e-mailed it to me on time. I offered him compensation and but he said, you do not have to pay for this, as we offer this service free of charge to our client. I was so impressed with Mr. Phillip Bouchard and his outstanding customer service that I could not resist meeting him personally. When I was in Las Vegas, I asked him, if he could meet me?. Even though he was extremely busy on that day, he took the time and met for half an hour. I realized that not only he is an excellent employee of National Title Company but also a great human being. I will highly recommend this company to anyone for their Real Estate needs. They are honest, sincere and very prompt in their response, and they will put your interest first.
