Very pleased with final repair and smooth claims process. Progressive staff kept me updated daily and was very eager to assist as needed. They said I would be very pleased with the results and believe me there are not enough words to express my pleasure. My car looks like I just purchased it from the showroom floor!!!! I feel proud having been a customer for 5+ years now and strongly feel they are the best auto insurance agency around. Thanks Progressive and I am looking forward to many more years with you!!!!

TIL: That a complete moron can total my investment and a do not receive compensation for my investment through insurance. insurance covers nothing. Its business held up by government to make sure you have it. So in order to be covered. you have pay for insurance but that wont do it. then add more stuff on top and gap insurances cause the regular insurance does nothing
