I had recently moved to Columbus and needed to find a good insurance company. Jason and his staff have always been there to answer any of my questions and walked me step by step through a recent claim that I had. Even after the claim was settled, they gave me a follow up call just for my feedback on how the process was handled and if there were any issues/recommendations that I had! I have met with Jason multiple times so that he could assist me with my retirement goals. I highly recommend this agent and his staff. The knowledge that they have regarding auto/home/life insurance is second to none!

I recently purchased insurance through Jason at State Farm and had a great experience! They were all very polite and very clearly laid out an insurance plan based on my needs. Jason went above and beyond to help me out, even staying after hours to meet with me. Not only did he give me great advice for my auto and renters but also helped me in starting a retirement plan. I had no idea how important insurance was to my daily living until I had the opportunity to sit down with Jason. I would recommend anyone to Jason because I know that taking the time to talk with him will only be beneficial!!!

I was very impressed with John Magoto and his staff when I went to them for my insurance needs. I was able to take care of all my insurance in one place, which included my home, auto, life and health insurance. I was also able to get help with my retirement planning and I switched to State Farm Bank. BAD ASS REDNECK

Did not handle our policy and claims appropriately. Has very poor communication and customer service. Never have I had problems like this with any other business. I would strongly not recommend using this office or state farm. We ended up saving a lot by switching to Allstate.
