So thankful that we sold our home insured by DFI/Federated National and even more thankful we never had a major claim. The one claim we tried to claim was denied (EVERY home in our neighborhood received a new roof due to hail/storm damage, yet we were denied). In my experience, they rarely can help when called and to date have never returned a call when I have left messages. They are however very quick to send a bill and termination letters (even when the account is paid in full). All in all, not too impressive.
