Happily surprised at the low rate quoted, not once but couple of times over several days. Paid full 6 month premium on Friday only to be called on Tuesday and told that I had been "misquoted" and premium was actually couple hundred dollars more. Understandably, I didnt want coverage at more than I was paying so I declined policy only to be told I couldnt get refund for 2-3 weeks. So now its been 2 weeks and no one in that office has a clue when I will receive refund. Your office staff needs some training before they quote or write policies. I would at least appreciate the courtesy of a return phone call-but that hasnt even happened. As of 2/22/12- STILL NO REFUND FROM FRANKLIN ROUSE. SO MUCH FOR 2 WEEKS-ITS BEEN 5 WEEKS!
