I was referred to John by a close friend when I was looking for a new insurance company to work with. Wow!, I can’t thank my friend enough, John was extremely nice, thorough and really took the time to explain everything to me so I actually understood what I was paying for! Most every company I have ever dealt with in the past simply took my money but never spent any time to really explain what was covered and what was not. I ended up moving all of my insurance including my home, autos, motorcycle & umbrella coverage over to John not only because of the price (which was competitive) but because 1. I was referred by a good friend and 2. John impressed me and I feel confident that if I ever have any questions or need to actually use my insurance I will have a reliable agent to work with. I will recommend John to others and will only use his office for my future insurance needs.

I found John Kerkes number (Farmers Insurance) on line while looking for a Home Renters Insurance Provider. John was extremely helpful to work with. I felt really comfortable working with him and never felt the pressure or the impression he was trying to up-sale me. Within a day, I had paperwork signed and my home insured. A couple of months later. My business and personal vehicles were all insured by John. I know I have many options here in the High Desert where we live, but I much rather deal with John over the phone or email than stepping into some of the local insurance agent offices in town.
