I had a flood in my home a few months ago which caused damage to my wood floors and kitchen cabinets. At first I was not sure if was going to be covered by my insurance company and what would be covered if it was. It as a stressful time since we lost the use of our kitchen and our home was quickly starting to smell of mildew which I feared was a health threat. Luckily I was referred to Jae Park and Associates by a friend for advice. He quickly came over and accessed our situation and let me know what my options were and what to expect in the next few weeks. After Jae thoroughly explained the claim process to us, we decided to go the route of using his services as a public adjuster. We decided not to deal directly with the insurance company because we did not want to take the chance of them cheaping out on our claim or worst yet, denying our claim for any reason. Once we authorized Jae to represent us, he moved quickly. We had professionals at our home accessing our situation and taking care of what needed to be done next. Within 3 weeks Jae had the insurance company cut us a check for all the damages eventhough he told us it may take longer. My family was very pleased with his services and his professionalism. Jae is also very honest and always on time. I highly recommend him for anyone having to deal with any type of damage to their home or business.

Luckily I met Jae while I was struggling with my water damage claim for my home. I was worried about the claim status, due to in certain cases the insurance might not cover the damage. But after Jae took over my case, even when I first talked with him, I felt I could rely on him, because of his knowledge about insurance claim. And he is a very honest person, explained every detail stuff with us, and he will never take any advantage of his position, he is just trying to earn the best benefit for us.
