On June 2012 my living room ceiling collapsed suddenly leaving extreme damages, Allstate insurance company which happens to be my home insurance company was contacted. Allstate sent a vendor to assess the damages and the vendor stated the collapsed ceiling was on-going rather than sudden and that the insurance company would not be paying for the damages. I discussed this issues with a friend who suggested that i hired a public adjusters. my wife went on the internet to look for a public adjusters in our area and God being so good we found Citiwide adjusters. I hired citiwide adjusters and they came to my house to assessed the damages and estimated it. Citiwide contacted Allstate insurance company who then sent their adjuster to assess the damages but only based his report on the original vendors report. Citiwide advised me to file a claim at a small claim court, they prepared me and supported me during the hiring. On that day God gave me victory through citiwide adjusters. So my special thanks goes to almighty God who made this victory possible, and to Harry, Jack, Austin and the secretary. May God bless all the staff of citiwide adjusters. For this reason i would like to recommend citiwide adjusters to any family, individual, churches, organizations, companies with a similar case. Thank you.

All I could say is wow! Citiwide Adjusters came out to my home after some terrible water damage this past winter. I was distraught about my situation because not only is this a new home, this is my very first home! I felt powerless.
