I called, and even tho I was in Que for 20 minutes, once I was connected to a live agent, they were super nice. I wanted to take one car off, and add another and it took seconds to do so. She emailed me a new card and before I was even off the phone, the email was sent. Great customer service. Thanks

Do not get this insurance company they will get you out your money they not reasonable at all they charge you $15 dollars late fee for one day and they charge extra to use your debit card DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I only gave them one star so I can write a review

This has to be the worst company out there. First of all... they were trying to charge me 180 a month for liability....... me waiting last minute at the dealer took it. I called state farm... i pay the same price now a month for full coverage
