Was rear ended in late November of 2016, it is now late March of 2017, and the adjuster just showed up to look at the damage, his exact words were that Geico was still investigating liability on their part and would be in touch, I was present when the lady that hit me was on the phone with Geico reporting the accident and the operator stated that her policy was valid and would be covering the damage, these people are horrible and do not care about consumers, only about that stupid lizard they pay to have on tv.

My Fiance and I were having problems with our existing Geico policy and thought possibly a "local agent" could be helpful in resolving the matter in person, instead of having to explain the situation to multiple reps when calling the 800 number. How WRONG I was! These agents are RUDE and very unhelpful on top of being very unfriendly! Geico should be ashamed to have these people representing their company!!

Terrible customer service my mercedes was hit two months ago by one of Geico customers. But instead of fixing my car they giving me the run around. When i asked to speak to a supervisor they gave me the wrong number. It wasent my fault but they can careless. Its sad how someone can damage ur car and not care.

Mindy is the WORST customer SERVICE rep ever! They should not hire people that are so rude to you on the phone! I swear. I was shocked about how she treated me and my husband. Never again will I be using her or this Geico location. Great way to lose customers.

The agent -Tina- acted "officious" and full of herself, I felt like she spoke down to me without really knowing who she was dealing with, or what that could be worth to her. Sorry SGT Tina but you need a lot of polish before dealing with the public.
