Mr Newell became my agent when my original agent retired. He makes the time to address all of my customer service needs. When I had to make my first claim in 20 years, Mr Newell was there every step of the way explaining the process and getting things in motion. I received prompt, fair estimates and quality work from everyone from the claims manager to the adjuster to the repair people. This is a very professional agency that provides personal yet expert service.
