A joke. For example, I have never been able to sign in to their web site. I have an account and when I enter the username and password it tells me there is no account, then when I go to set up an account it tells me I already have an account. I waited nine months to get an appointment and when I did it was with a nurse, when I bitched I got an MD two months later who told me I needed to see three specialists and that they would call me in a week, that was over two months ago. They just called me for only one appointment and when I asked if I would see an MD the idiot on the phone asked me "what is an MD?"

Have been asking to see a shrink for over a year. No one cares. No one wants to help. You are better off going to Mexico or anywhere else. There whole system should be burned to the ground. Everybody concerned would be better off. I know. How about access to a shrink? LOL!!

They need to do some serious hiring. As a provider you can expect to wait easily 20 to 40 minutes for claim status and to make matters worse the claims rep will only do 3 claims at a time.

They are incredibly uninterested in answering their phone. I stayed on hold for an hour and a half and nobody ever answered my call. Complete horse shittery.
