This company was my finance company for a year. 100% Hated it! In the beginning like most companies they called to complete the welcome call and go over the contract with their specific stipulations. The most logical question such as "Is there a grace period to pay the note after the actual due date?" The given response totally prompted me think "What have I gotten myself into"! The representative that I spoke with clearly stated "Your car note needs to paid on the 6th or we will come pick up your car"! Of course in return I asked, "What if a life event happens and I need additional time, what happens then?" After that I was blatantly cut off and told "We did not have to offer you financing, do you want the car or not?" From that moment on I simply mailed in payments, not to mention my head was telephonically ate off when I called a week later to pay a month early because I was ready to starting paying them off. All in all I hardly called and spoke with them. I paid early or on time and thanks to God I was approved a year later for a brand new car with an actual BANK! Being young and not making smart choices I had to deal with the company however, it was worth it because either way they report to all agencies and all payments were on time and showed on my credit report. This company needs a full renovation starting with employees. It does not make any professional sense to have that the 90% of the employees render Attitude & blatant disrespect. Their demeanor gives the impression that just because they approved a person with old baggage they are at their debt so in return the disrespect is warranted. I am so happy to be away & them PAID IN FULL! Before anyone signs any documents with this company please note this is going to be the worse decision of your life. God has better for you! This company is not it!

Google please give NEGATIVE STARTS TO THIS DUMP These people are the most DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, NO HOME TRAINING INDIVIDUALS I have ever come across. I have NEVER missed a payment, in fact, i pay an additional $181 monthly to not have to deal with them. The only reason why I was FORCED to go with them is that I at the time had NO credit. I hate speaking to them on the phone because they REFUSE to give receipts. When asked simple questions they scream like children who have had a toy taken away from them. When going to this run-down dump you are greeted with RUDE comments, rolled eyes, and horrendous attitudes. They speak down to you every chance they get. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. ALL of the women, actually scratch that...all of the GIRLS in that facility need to go to a conference for customer service. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT YOU DO....LEAVE. I am not sure if this is a family owned establishment or a homeless shelter for individual who do not know English and have no home training or manners. I AM reporting them to the Better Business Beaure. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE people. I can not wait until I am DONE and NEVER have to speak to these mush-brained individuals EVER AGAIN.

Every time you call up to this office there is always some one rude and its not only the same person its all of them I work as a customer service person and I would never treat a person in a disrespectful manner ! Its so ridiculous how rude this company can be ! Please management fix or fire your employees and hire new ones ! Or get some who wants to work !!!

They do not even deserve that one star. I paid my monthly note every month (NEVER skipped a month) and when I for the first time was TEN days late on payment, they repoed my car. Also, they charge ASTRONOMICAL interest rates. I cannot fathom how these evil doers sleep at night. DO NOT GO WITH THEM OUT OF DESPERATION! I REPEAT, DO NOT DO IT!

The guy in the finance dept, Tim I believe, is the only nice guy in the place. Good Luck with any kind of nice help from the ladies that answer the phone. They need a class in customer service/attitude adjustment/bitc be nice class. Though Tim was helpful, the others can "suck my big toe"

Rude customer service ....want to charge me $65 jus to change my pay date. ...also want to charge me $25 to use my debit card ...I asked a simple question and the lady got smart and hung up on me ...if I see her in person I just might smack that biihhhh. I pay my note on time ...trick

Rochelle and her Manager Kit is rude as hell avoud this company by all means, I have never felt so disrespected in my 35 years of living she was cursing us out and when I asked for her supervisor she took the call and went left on me.

Strict on due dates but what do u expect they are a second chance finance group, but if u keep up communication before the bill is too close to due date they will work with you some within reason of course.
