This bank was great in the northwest part of the state, but southwest it is terrible! I have had constant issues with the branches here, and there are not very many convenient locations either. Been a member for over 10 years, and seriously considering a new credit union

A great place to bank. The staff at the Park Ave branch is remarkably helpful. My family has banked there since relocating to Tucson in 2006. We have personal and business accounts there, as well as mortgages and home equity lines. Good experiences on all fronts.
