5 stars based on my daily experience with Aqua Finance is my review! My name is Greg Kapitan one of the owners here at Texas Home Exteriors (THE) known for our famous Texas EZ Pay financing. I thought that I would take a moment or write a review of this finance company that we use daily. When a homeowner signs a finance deal with this company and us, they get 100% EXACTLY what they signed for. Nothing more, nothing less! If a homeowner has a issue, they can call this company, and they will take care of their problem. Here at Texas Home Exteriors, we offer two Texas EZ Pay financing options: 1- Yellow Rose of Texas Plan 1% Mo Payment & 4.9% Interest, Short-Term: Payment Examples: $10,000 Job X 1% = $100 per Month $ 7,500 Job X 1% = $ 75 per Month $15,000 Job X 1% = $150 per Month With this financing plan option, the monthly payment will be 1% and the interest rate will be 4.9% for the first year. If not paid within the first year, the balance, for life of the loan, will have a monthly payment of 1.5% with an interest rate of 13.99%. Most Houston Texas area homeowners choose the “Yellow Rose of Texas” financing option if they are planning to pay off the note in a year or two. 2- Texas Bluebonnet Trail Plan 1.25% Mo Payment & 7.9% Interest, Long-Term: With this financing plan option, the monthly payment will be 1.25% and the interest rate will be 7.9% for the life of the loan. The monthly payment factor and the interest rate will never change. This financing plan is like the “Yellow Rose Of Texas” as they are both simple interest revolving loans. They (Aqua Fiance) are there to answer the phones after hrs as well as a service to us all. We have come to know many at Aqua by their first names and they are just like you and I. They are no different and just doing their jobs the best they can to help people. I think that it is important to be fair about the financing industry as a whole. It is no secret that many folks are are not exactly thrilled in general with the financing industry. Lets face it, no one is thrilled with the fact that they have to pay a debt month after month. So being balanced and fair, I also found that Chase, Wells Fargo and many if not all of the other large financial institutions have the inherent low approval rating. I have also found web page after page of negative reviews and reports on, all of the major cell phone providers, our elected leaders here in the USA and even someone that I and many aspire to, Mother Teresa. Having said that I publicly give this finance company a 5 star review. When the members of this company (just like here at THE) go home everyday, they did their best at their jobs just like you and I do every day! Please do not use their savings or attention in this company that does not go beyond a scam. No complaints with the service installed as water works but never spoke to me of course, neither the seller nor who came to install the service. Has an extraordinarily high interest and I do not actually have to cost as much something as simple ... ask before doing so for the interest they pay, and not be impressed or "free" fool soaps as the "delivery" that it is all you have to pay as a customer is more expensive than the products themselves. They cost $ 300 ... I leave to your choice, but if they choose, they will repent of $ 7,000 to pay full of dissatisfaction ...

After having an A/C system put in our the dealer and my fiance was trying get final finance documents signed when our s.s. #s was incorrect. So the dealer informed us to call Aqua to have them fix the issue and when we did they told us that we that we needed to call the dealer back and this was all a calm cool collected call. So we hung up with the lady from Aqua and waited for a call from dealer and when we did they said that Aqua pulled our loan and then the dealer calmly stated that they was gonna have to put a loan against our home. Almost seems like it was setup from the beginning to a lawsuit. We did nothing wrong but do as instructed. Now we either have to come up with another way of paying for this system or tell them to come get and I guarantee you that someone is gonna try to charge us for removal.

This company does not reveal its intwrwst or other information b4 a deal is made. They also sold my loan to someone else without my notice. They have failed after 4 times to even bill correctly. They send offers to me in the mail routinely. Those are only good if accepted with their in person water treatment system sale pitch and demo. Those offers all came long after the install, thus were useless. This company sent me more mail in the 1st week than i got in total from all other places in 3 months. They also email and call until you block them. Rhis was all b4 a bill was even due. Ridiculous. Worst company to do business with.

Ridiculous experience. Wanted to finance a home water system and assumed it would be simple since both of our credit scores are in the 700s. Company notified us of an 80% approval. When contacted to get clarification on the particulars of how they wanted us to pay them the full loan amount but they would only pay 80% to the service provider, they refused to discuss any rationale as to why. Also, they refused to disclose what credit reporting system they used or even how they made their decision. After the call our water service provider was notified that they rescinded the 80% offer. Horrible set up. Dont waste your time.

This company is a joke, They put a 30 late notice on me and my husbands credit When I had informed them that my husband had been in the hospital for two months after emergency heart surgery. Also, I was having our home refinanced and we found out that they had a subordination lien on our home for a water system they installed, they then charged me 100.00 to transfer the sub- to the new lenders. These people are out to ruin your life do not sign anything with them, they are also called Connexus.

Worst COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never buy another product from ApolloTek or do any financing with Aqua Finance. Representatives will call you laughing on the phone, they are unprofessional. Representatives speak broken English. Depending on who you talk too, they will tell you one thing and then another person will tell you another.

I would of put no stars if I could have. No one else charges daily interest. If you pay the minimum amounts it will take years because agua finance charges 2 dollars a day interest. Its robbery. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
