They have a zero on my part that already pay them 3 or four weeks ago and now I want to give my title of my car the staff they have are despots and inrespetuosos Cuandp was late with my payment was calling the manager and sent his bad employees who are at my house and now and pediod talk to christy and not talk to me PEOPLE WILL NOT THERE

I never like to write reviews but just read them but after seeing two negative reviews with Consumer Financial it made me express my opinion out to others... Ever since day one with them i have had nothing but wonderful experinces with these people they are one of the only leaners i know that dont rip you of with hundred of dollars in interest charge and are extremely nice i have been a customer for 2 years and since the first time they did nothing but help me out considering my low credit history, i have had a total of 3 loans with them and im just completely satisfied with the experience ive had here i would trutly recommend coming here for a loan!!! The staff here is absolutely wonderful! Thank You Consumer Financial!!!

Christy and the team has always been helpful since the transfer from the Berwyn office. I have always been treated with respect and I am very happy this company gave me a second chance when no one else would. Due to my credit situation. Because of you, i no longer have to rely on public transportation(which is difficult in the suburbs). My kids dont have to be out in the cold with me and I dont have to wake up hours before my shift starts to get to work or hours after my shift ends to get home. I have been given the freedom. With this loan. Thank you for what you have done for me. Will not let you down.

They are thieves!! they are so unprofessional.. they run your credit with out your consent, another exp of how bad it is too do business with them is that if you have a loan with them and you co sign a car for a friend they will also repo your car that never had anything to do with them. they constantly call you non stop, they harass you at work after you already gave them a date when you were making a payment, there customer service sucks, the girls there feel they have some authority over you, cause they are extremely rude!! never again will i do business with them, or refer any one to them.

Noreen---You asked to place a review on how bad your service is.....So Guess what?...you got it! I think your upper ups should know that you have been rude, unprofessional and very manner less. The management should shut down a business like this and re-train everyone there. I think its bad idea to bait someone to place a review. I suggest that you take customer sensitivity course and if you are having a bad day, direct your call to another team member who is readily to assist. I will surely close my account there as well. Very unprofessional staff. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. They are always so rude . Tried to pick up my husbands car for being a month late . They even changed his car payment due date without even telling him.Is that even legal? They have also left personal information that is suppose to be kept confidential out in the open . We will definitely be seeking legal actions for this fraudulent company.
