I use to be with State Farms ( Phoenix ) for about 10 years ago I had to leave them when I was not able to get a good quote for adding my 2 sons cars on my policy. So I switch to Geico which I was paying $469.00 for three cars and not even able to get rental insurance. ( HUM) So I met Melissa who is a very good agent with State Farms, ( Sam Winter ) and she was able to give me an excellent quote even with Rental insurance. She was able to save me $157.00. I am so happy that I met Melissa who works for State Farms (Sam Winter )who got me a good deal and awesome customer services. So if you want to save money then you should go see Melissa and see if she can save you some money like she did for me. Thanks Melissa.

I have been with Sam Winter State Farm since moving to Phoenix 15 years ago. We have ALWAYS had great and friendly and very efficient service from him and his office. It is rare these days to get something done, and on top of that, done right, on one phone call but I can say from a lot of experience that that is the service you get there. They truly make our family feel like we are their only customers! We have been lucky to have Barb in the office help us for years and now she is helping my grown kids! Thanks for the great service and I wish more businesses were run like yours!

Gina Is AWSOME!!!!!!!! That women will bend over backwards for you!!! Sam on the other hand is a cocky ass! Gina will not stop until you are satisfied, Winters had the audacity to tell me when I had a claim, well the insurance companies have lost a lot with investments lately so you will just have to pay for it yourself. Really?!?!?! Gina needs to be the Agent and Sam, well needs to be spinning a car wash sign on the corner.

A solid, professional group. Moved back to AZ, and they handled all our conversion from other state SF office smoothly. Three cars, plus umbrella, plus homeowners. When we purchased new home in AZ, they also worked with new mortgage holder. One small problem during the new home purchase, but it was corrected immediately. Melissa is always available, with quick response.
